However, BEDCO may be willing to do certain kinds of financing, such as start-ups, that conventional bank lenders might not. In addition, we often partner with banks and other community development lenders to put together a loan package that they could not do on their own. To apply for financing, please complete, sign, and submit a Business Credit Application, a Personal Financial Statement, and your business plan. Completed applications with all necessary support materials are submitted for consideration and analysis. Loans which qualify are then presented to our Loan Committee, and sometimes, our Board of Directors for a decision.
